About UCBC

One Center, Every Way You Communicate

Voice, video, SMS, email, and ticketing, split across five tools is normal. We thought it shouldn't have to be.

Why We Built It

Two Engines, One Unified Core

Most businesses juggle a phone system, a separate ticketing tool, a video conferencing app, and a social inbox, none of which talk to each other. Agents lose context switching between them, and nobody has a single view of a customer's full history.

UCBC is built from two named engines on one unified core: AgentCenter handles every way a customer reaches you (calls, email, WhatsApp, SMS) as tracked tickets, with a full virtual PBX and a built-in softphone, no hardphone required. UCBC Meet handles video, private, self-hosted, with recordings that never leave your infrastructure.

Hosted or self-hosted, UCBC runs for customer service desks, network operations centers, telecoms reselling it white-label, and any organisation that answers to compliance and needs a documented trail on every ticket.

Our Mission

One Inbox, Every Channel

To give every team one place to handle calls, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and video, with nothing lost in the handoff between tools and no hardware to buy before an agent can take a single call.

Our Vision

Communications Without the Stack

We want UCBC to replace the pile of disconnected tools most teams run on, voice, video, ticketing, and reach it through one login, with the privacy guarantees that matter most to regulated industries.

What We Stand For

How We Build UCBC

Zero Hardware, Zero Friction

A built-in softphone that auto-launches on login, no hardphone purchase, no separate app to install, required.

Private by Default

UCBC Meet recordings stay on your own infrastructure, never a third-party cloud, no one outside your organisation can access them.

Built for Every Team

Customer service desks, NOCs, regulated industries, telecoms, every one of them runs on the same unified core.

Long-Term Partnership

We support deployments for years, not just at go-live.
